2019 Cabernet Franc - Merlot

Ripe mixed berries, plum, dried violets and blueberry on the nose with complex tobacco, graphite, pepper and dark chocolate with firm tannic structure and savoury leather, paprika, blackberry and mint on the finish. Pair with pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, grilled Mediterranean vegetables or seared flank steak.
