2016 Cabernet Franc - Merlot

Full bodied with black plum, cassis and tobacco on the nose.  The palate is richly textured with firm ripe tannins and densely concentrated blackberry and blueberry with dried cherry fruit, cocoa powder and spice on the long finish.
Pairs well with roast chicken, beef, egg plant or duck.
