2021 Pinot Noir
Bright and juicy with a nose of spicy cherry, raspberry, violet and burlap. Flavors of mulberry, Bing cherry and granite minerality, with a long earthy finish. Pairs well with schnitzel and a creamy mushroom gravy, grilled asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, beef bourguignon or mushroom pizza.

Certified organic, thise is grown on stony loams and trellised using the Geneva Double Curtain to expose the fruit to the maximum amount of sun in the Similkameen Valley. The attack is fresh with very bright acidity and floral aromas mixed with cherries and earth. The attack is a mix of sour cherries and raspberries flecked with hints of orange. Tight and lean, this will have appeal to a particular crowd, especially one looking for wines to serve with food. This is a terrific wine for roasted vegetables or a simple Margherita pizza. More Euro that West Coast.
