2020 Amber Frizzante Viognier

Fermented with skins, unfiltered and unfined, to produce a flavourful amber frizzante. Aromas of orange blossom and butterscotch. Subtle tangerine and vanilla peach flavours with a  finish  of minerality, dried apricot and blood orange adding complexity to the intense long finish.                            
Pairs well with chicken, nuts, pork, turkey, curry or a celebration!
