2018 Collage Meritage

Clove spiced stewed cherries, mulberry, prune, dried violets, vanilla, roast mushroom, leather and pastry crust with a firm tannic structure and savoury burlap, paprika and earth on the long finish. Pair with peppered flank steak or a tomato based shakshuka.
